  • Medal made in three parts commemorating John K. Strecker, Jr.'s role as a superintendent at the 1923 International Texas Cotton Palace Exposition. The flags pictured are the Canadian flag, United States flag, and the Mexican flag.

The Cotton Palace grounds were located in the area of Clay Avenue, Dutton Avenue and South 16th Street in Waco, Texas, from 1895 to 1930. John K. Strecker, Jr. participated in many aspects of the exhibition including creating an annual exhibit to promote the Baylor University Museum.
