Walrus tusk

• A tusk from a walrus (Odobenus rosmarus rosmarus).

Collected in the Arctic Ocean by George W. Carroll prior to 1905.

Walrus tusks are actually elongated canine teeth. They can reach up to three feet in length and weight 12 pounds.
